Lauren James specialises in providing fun, varied and professional Group Pilates Reformer Classes as well as Private Sessions in her well equipped boutique home based studio.

Studio Owner Lauren James brings a personalised and intimate approach to your Pilates practice. Unlike bigger studios where instructors may change out regularly, with Absolute Pilates you get to know me and more importantly I get to know you and your needs.
I bring that knowledge to your experience whether having Private sessions with me or joining group classes.

I am a mature, extremely experienced and dedicated Pilates practitioner with good life experience that enables me to relate to a broad range of personal and physical needs.
I have good relationships with local health practitioners, and can work in conjunction with them to speed up rehabilitation and recovery.
